Who Should Enroll?

The Google IT program is designed for students looking to get into the information technology field. The course provides experience, training, and practice for software installation, network troubleshooting, customer service, operating systems, administration, and security. The course also prepares students for the CompTIA exam and carries up to 12 credits towards OCC’s degree program in computer science.

 

Google Certificates do not meet the requirements of the Individual Stipend Program.

 

How Do I Register?

  2. You will be redirected to the Ocean County College Google IT – Ben Hudnall Registration.
  3. Click the Register Now button and complete the form to register for the course.
  4. Enter your name and email address and click the New Account button. Enter your address, personal data and additional details to create your account.

  • You must be a KP Union Alliance or Coalition Employee with “active” KP employment status.
  • You must have completed your probationary period.
  • You must be a benefited employee typically working 20 or more hours per week.
  • Must be a BHMT eligible participant.
  • Must understand and agree with the BHMT Student Agreement for Participants in Ben Hudnall Memorial Trust Programs.

    • You are required to have a basic knowledge of computer and Internet skills.
  • Recommended Computer Specifications
    • A reliable computer, up-to-date software, and an Internet connection are the critical components required to ensure the successful completion of your coursework.

This program and participation is governed by the terms of the BHMT Student Agreement. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the student agreement; by registering and participating in this program you are agreeing to comply with it.

 

 

Unsuccessful Course Completion and Dropped Class Policy

These programs require your time and effort on a consistent basis. You are responsible for communicating with the course provider, instructor, or BHMT if you encounter difficulties. Should you not complete your program successfully or drop before the first day of class, your participation in Trust programs may be suspended for a period of twelve months.
