LinkedIn Learning

LinkedIn Learning is an online learning provider that helps anyone learn software, creative, and business skills to achieve personal and professional goals. As a BHMT-eligible participant, you receive unlimited access to a vast library of high-quality, current, and engaging video tutorials including digital fluency, IT, computer software, leadership, management, and business and interpersonal skills taught by great teachers who are also working professionals just like you.


There are currently over 5,000 courses in the LinkedIn Learning library with nearly 30 new courses being added each week.


With LinkedIn Learning, you can:

  • Earn a Certificate of Completion after you complete a course. Your certificates can be printed or uploaded to your LinkedIn profile.
  • Download exercise files or use the practice coding playgrounds to follow along with the courses and apply your learning in real time.
  • Download the LinkedIn Learning app so you can watch courses on your phone or tablet and learn anywhere. Android users can download the app here.
  • Take advantage of “bite-size” learning! LinkedIn Learning courses are broken down into short videos to help you focus on your personal learning needs.
Who Should Enroll?

BHMT Participants who are looking to implement professional and personal development on topics that range from business skills to desktop application functionality, productivity support, and professional approaches and techniques.



How Do I Register?

PLEASE NOTE: You must have a LinkedIn profile before you can activate your LinkedIn Learning license. If you do not have a LinkedIn profile, click here for instructions to create one.


  1. Click the Register button below.
  2. Read and accept the student agreement.
  3. Enter your NUID and click OK.
  4. Select your preferred email or enter a new email address and click OK.
  5. Check your email inbox for the “BHMT Invitation: LinkedIn Learning” message and open it. To start the log in process, click the “Activate your account” button in the email.
  6. Log in using your LinkedIn profile username and password.
  7. Bookmark the LinkedIn Learning page for easy access in the future.

  • You must be a KP Union Alliance or Coalition Employee with “active” KP employment status.
  • You must have completed your probationary period.
  • You must be a BHMT eligible part-time or full-time KP benefited employee.
  • Open to all regions.

  • LinkedIn Profile.

  • Participants must have a reliable computer with a high speed internet connection.
  • If you don’t have access to a reliable computer, we can lend you one! Learn more.
  • They also need a current version of a common browser (such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox).
  • A microphone may be required for some modules (music based)
  • Students should plan for alternative internet access in the event of communication or equipment problems.
