One of our most affordable options, micro-credentials give you endless possibilities. Whether you want to work towards a degree, start learning a new skill, stay current in your field or take single courses, micro-credentials let you move at your own pace.
Our Micro-Credential in Public Health and Health Leadership allows you to gain foundational knowledge in public health and health leadership, examining concepts such as public health policy, healthcare delivery among diverse populations and epidemiology from a leadership and management perspective. Completion of this micro-credential can also help you fulfill the public health credit requirements needed to enroll in our Master of Public Health degree.

Affordability
- American College of Education has collaborated with BHMT to offer the micro-credential program to eligible participants with no out-of-pocket cost. BHMT will use your KP Tuition Reimbursement (TR) benefit to cover the credential program tuition. If the cost of attendance exceeds your available KP Tuition Reimbursement, BHMT will pay the difference on your behalf.
BHMT Program Requirements
6 Month Check-in
- Complete a check-in twice a year to share your academic experience and to explore support resources BHMT has to offer.
Successful Course Completion
- For continued success in BHMT programs you need to receive a passing grade of C or better for each course you complete. This ensures you comply with the BHMT Academic Suspension policy you agreed to as part of the BHMT Student Agreement. For more information about the suspension process, refer to the BHMT Student Agreement.
BHMT Student Agreement
- This program and participation is governed by the terms of the BHMT Student Agreement. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the student agreement; by registering and participating in this program you are agreeing to comply with it.
