BHMT is excited to offer an e-Learning program that supports employees’ professional and personal development. The extensive library of online courses and videos that are available 24/7 through KP Learn. The library features business/personal development courses such as leadership, management, communications, and project management, as well as more than 1400 software courses & videos.
Who Should Enroll?
BHMT Participants who are looking to implement professional and personal development can access more than 2,500 web-based courses and videos on topics that range from business skills to desktop application functionality, productivity support, and for learning professional approaches and techniques.
How Do I Register?
- Check the computer requirements to be sure you can access the courses.
- Search the course catalogs.
- Business/Interpersonal Skills: Business courses including Administrative, Project Management, Communication, HR, Management, Leadership, and Finance & Accounting
- Computer Software: Basic, intermediate and advanced courses in the most popular software used in business today, including the MS Office suite
- Desktop Videos: Short productivity videos that teach a specific task in 3-5 mins
- Business Certification: Courses include Business Analysis, Human Resources, ITIL, Project Management, and Six to help you review or prepare you for your certification exams
- Find a class you want to take and Launch and Learn!

- You must be a KP Union Alliance or Coalition Employee with “active” KP employment status.
- You must have completed your probationary period.
- You must be a BHMT eligible part-time or full-time KP benefited employee.
- Open to all regions.
- None.
- You must have a computer with access to the Internet.
