Academic Success Coaches (ASCs) are an essential part of your BHMT client services team. Your ASC is here to provide you with individualized coaching throughout your educational journey, while empowering you to achieve the career goals you set when working with your BHMT Career Development Coach.

Your ASC will meet with you one-on-one to:

• Understand your academic goals and support you in making an informed decision regarding your school choice
• Ensure academic readiness
• Support with time management strategies, work/life balance, study habits and provide additional resources to help you reach your academic goals
• Create an individualized plan to help you maximize your BHMT education benefits
• Check-in on your progress throughout your academic journey, at least once every six months, through any bumps in the road and until graduation

Make the most of Your 6-Month Check-in

Part of the support provided by your ASC is your 6-month check-in where you will:

• Ensure you have everything you need to successfully move forward in your program
• Maintain your BHMT eligibility
• Celebrate your achievements
• Assess your progress and revise your education plan, if needed
