Business, Certificate of Achievement

The Business certificate is designed to help students explore an educational path in business to achieve employment or promotion at a small, medium, or large firm. Graduates will be conversant in business terminology, business functions, communication, planning, organizing, and decision-making. Coursework exposes students to the fields of marketing, human resource management, operations and manufacturing, accounting, and finance. Students may select specific elective courses to meet their professional or educational goals. The courses in the program allow for further career and industry research.

Length of Term

  • You can complete each course in as little as 8 weeks. Some courses are offered in a 15-week format.

Course Enrollment Maximum

  • You can enroll in a maximum of two courses at a time.

Coastline has collaborated with BHMT to offer certificate and degree programs to eligible participants with no out-of-pocket cost.

BHMT will use your KP Tuition Reimbursement (TR) benefit to cover the Coastline certification program tuition If the cost of attendance exceeds your available KP Tuition Reimbursement, BHMT will pay the difference on your behalf.

Admission Requirements
You must be a BHMT-eligible participant. Coastline has an open enrollment policy.

A reliable computer, up-to-date software, and an Internet connection

Laptop Lending
BHMT has a Laptop Lending program for those in need of a (Chromebook) computer. Before applying please make sure Chromebooks are compatible with your school and program. Read and approve the BHMT Beneficiary Agreement.

Once you are on the Coastline College BHMT Apply & Enroll page, choose Self-Enrollment Certificates.

Complete and submit the Coastline Eligibility Form

Apply to Coastline College making sure to select Corporate Education Program

Log into MyCoast and register for courses.
