Human Resource Management, Certificate Program

As a student of our certificate in HR management, you will have the opportunity to explore the standards of performance that are expected of everyone on staff, managers and employees with special attention paid to the importance of supportive relationships between workers and their organizations. Core coursework for your certificate program covers communication dynamics, human resource systems, and labor and employment law. From there, you will have the opportunity to customize your program to your interests with three elective courses in areas like environmental health, compensation and benefits, training and development, and managing cultural differences in the workplace.

Traditional Term-Based – $290 per credit, $870 per course

Post University has collaborated with BHMT to offer certificate programs to eligible participants with no out-of-pocket cost. BHMT will use your KP Tuition Reimbursement (TR) benefit to cover the certification program tuition. If the cost of attendance exceeds your available KP Tuition Reimbursement, BHMT will pay the difference on your behalf.

Residents of California may be responsible for the Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF) if this charge exceeds the annual $5,250 tuition cap. The STRF is a fund administered by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education that relieves or mitigates economic loss suffered by a student while enrolled in a qualifying institution. The STRF assessment rate is two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per one thousand dollars ($1,000) of institutional charges.

Admission Requirements
You must be a BHMT-eligible participant.

A completed application.

An official transcript with a conferred bachelor’s degree, or an official graduate degree transcript.

Each master’s program at Post University has admissions requirements specific to that program.

BHMT has a Laptop Lending program for those in need of a (Chromebook) computer. Please be advised: make sure Chromebooks are compatible with your school and program.

Read and approve the BHMT Beneficiary Agreement.

Once you are on the Post University page, complete the Find Your Program form.

Choose Online as the location. After selecting your undergrad certificate program, complete the rest of the form and choose Get Started.
