As part of your Client Services Team, you’ll have access to two types of coaches: Career Development Coaches (CDCs) and Academic Success Coaches (ASCs).
Career Development Coaches (CDCs) support you in exploring your interests and passions, setting career goals, navigating career changes, building proactive career strategies, and guiding you through the job application process.
Academic Success Coaches (ASCs) help you navigate your academic journey to support both your personal and professional goals. For clients in partnered degree or graduate certificate programs, ASCs also assist with academic onboarding (where applicable), financial planning using BHMT benefits, and academic success strategies, including learning readiness, time management, and goal setting.
