| I understand that after I am approved to participate in the BHMT Tuition Assistance Program, that any 2024 non-travel related Tuition Reimbursement application I submit through the KP TR Application system will be eligible for pre-payment through BHMT. | |
| I understand that it is my responsibility to upload all relevant supporting documents (including a completed TAP Check Request Form) to each KP TR application I submit so that my requested payment can be processed and paid in a timely manner. | |
| I understand that it is my responsibility to upload my grades and/or proof of completion to my KP TR application within 15 days of the course end date. Failure to do so could result in my no longer being eligible to participate in the BHMT Tuition Assistance Program for the rest of the calendar year. | |
