Bonnie has over 15 years of experience as a career, leadership, and talent management coach, and recruitment consultant. Her experience encompasses working in corporate, non-profit, and government agencies. Furthermore, Bonnie brings to Ben Hudnall Memorial Trust over a decade of experience as a Sr. Recruitment Consultant for Kaiser Permanent’s Northern California Region, where she led staffing and workforce initiatives for both nursing, non-nursing patient care, ambulatory care, and operations. Bonnie holds complementary credentials and education, including certification as Leadership and Talent Management Coach, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Leadership Development, and she is currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.

Christina Castro-Hernandez is a BHMT Career Counselor for the Northern California region. She brings over 15 years of experience as a career development professional and has worked in a variety of industries, including corporate, higher education, non-profit, and public service settings.


She holds a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Behavioral Science and Sociology from San Jose State University and a Master’s degree in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University.


Christina enjoys working in partnership with clients and using a holistic approach. She focuses on identifying and aligning strengths, skills, and values to pinpoint goal-setting, career resilience, and academic guidance to design an achievable career development plan.


Her interests include traveling to new places near and far, attending live music events, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.
