This course provided by Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Health Sciences (KPSAHS) provides instruction on the principles of human anatomy and physiology emphasizing the integration of structure and function. Using a systems approach, students will learn the basic anatomy and physiology of the human body, and how these principals are used in patient care and treatment.
BHMT participants are responsible for making sure selected course(s) will transfer to the accepting institution.
PLEASE NOTE: BHMT will use your available KP tuition reimbursement funds for eligible tuition, fees and materials expenses. If available tuition reimbursement funds are not sufficient to cover expenses, BHMT will cover the remainder at no cost to you.
Mandatory online orientation: You must complete an online orientation by the end of the first week of class. The online orientation is available to you any time after registration closes. Note: If you have taken the Online Orientation as a prerequisite for another KPSAHS class, you do not have to take it again. You will automatically be exempted when you enroll for this class.
Important Certificate Information: You must complete all the lessons and the final exam at 80% or higher to receive a 24 hour advanced certificate.
