Digital Fluency

BEN U SKILLS Critical Skills
Digital Fluency course

Our commitment to provide healthcare access ANYWHERE and the fast pace of technical innovation will continue to create new learning challenges for all healthcare workers – whether we work in a clinic, hospital, office or in the field.

Being Digitally Fluent means being comfortable working in a digital environment. It means adapting to and embracing new technologies and knowing where to go for help when you need it. To be
digitally fluent as an organization we must have a common language to understand basic concepts in technology.

Digital fluency is important because technology is more and more embedded in the way we provide care to our members. At KP we need to enhance these critical skills so that when change happens we are ready and able to change with it
