Who is eligible for this program?
This program is being offered to CKPU-represented employees who participate in BHMT.
Do I need my manager's approval?
YES. This program includes stipend time for the clinical rotation. The clinical rotation must be approved by your Regional Diagnostic Imaging Director.
Is there a fee for this program?
BHMT covers the program cost for all eligible participants. There is no cost to the individual.
Why is the book optional?
The book is a supplement to aid with the online learning and is optional. If required by your region, BHMT will cover the cost of the book for all eligible participants.

Computed Tomography: Physical Principles, Clinical Applications, and Quality Control (3rd Edition, ISBN # 1416028951).
Can I access these programs during work hours?
Unless there is a special agreement between regional labor and management representatives, education leave will follow the provisions of the regional contract. Note: The Mayo Clinic’s website cannot be accessed at all KP Medical Centers because of KP’s firewall.

This is a “self-paced” program. What does that mean?
There is flexibility thought the online Mayo Clinic CT Training program for self-pacing between learning modules and post-assessments so you can learn the material at your own pace. Once you have registered, the material is accessible 24 hours per day.
Do I get credits or a certificate after I finish this program?
Yes. You will earn 3 credits from the Mayo Clinic.

The program and participation is governed, as applicable, by the terms of the BHMT student agreement
